Spotlight on a great neighbour

Meet Kim Thompson, founder of Annandale Interiors, who moved her business into 163 – 185 Parramatta Road, Camperdown in April last year.

Since moving into the building, Kim has actively engaged with our residents and even extended a helping hand to some by offering part-time employment. John, one of our ex-tenants, is now part of Kim’s team!

She has also transformed the surroundings with a garden and comfy benches and chairs, creating the perfect spot for tenants to unwind during the day.

Kim recently hosted a fantastic Christmas block party for the residents, teaming up with local business Reward Hospitality to put on a delicious spread – sausage sizzle, salad, and drinks.
